Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on your MistBar purchase. If MistBar isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] within fourteen (14) calendar days of your original purchase date, or use the support options provided with your order. Including your order number or the email you purchased with helps us find it faster, but isn't required.

How refunds are processed

Purchases of MistBar are handled by a third-party payment provider that acts as the Merchant of Record, and approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through that provider. Processing times depend on your payment method and financial institution.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, the license for that purchase may be deactivated. You must stop using and delete all copies of the refunded copy of MistBar.

Fair use

We may decline repeated, fraudulent, or abusive refund requests. This voluntary policy is in addition to — and does not limit — any refund right or other consumer protection that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws that apply to you.

Governing law

This policy is offered by Schaun Johnson, who publishes software under the trade name skjapps, and is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, consistent with our License Agreement.
